When WordPress is hacked, throwing fatal errors, or offline, the first job is to understand the failure and stabilize the site. CYBER BRAND provides $500 rescue triage with a defined scope. Redesigns, forensic reconstruction, and deeper repairs are separate work.
What the rescue covers
We need authorized access to the relevant WordPress and hosting environment. The team assesses the incident, preserves available data, and works on the failure preventing the site from operating.
- Compromised sites: investigate malicious code, affected files, and database changes; isolate the site or move it to an appropriate environment when needed.
- Broken themes and plugins: identify and disable the component causing the failure. Rewriting third-party software, finding replacement licenses, or implementing replacement functionality is outside standard triage.
- Server and PHP failures: assess compatibility and the safest recovery route. A temporary legacy environment may be an option; a modern rebuild receives a separate quote.
When the job is a rebuild
Missing access, deleted infrastructure, and incomplete backups can prevent a standard recovery. We assess available exports, archived content, and business assets before quoting reconstruction. Archived material can help, but it is not a complete backup.
Coordinate changes while recovery is active
Tell us what happened, when it started, and what has already been changed. Once work begins, coordinate updates and password changes with the team so nobody undoes another person’s work. We will arrange the access required for the engagement; do not paste passwords into the public contact form.

Care after stabilization
