How soon can we launch?
Most scoped websites launch in 3–5 business days after copy and assets are approved. Larger catalogs, custom integrations, applications, and substantial content work get an agreed timeline.
Should we use WordPress or Cyber Edge?
WordPress suits teams that edit often or need stores, booking, payments, and its plugin ecosystem. Cyber Edge suits information sites, marketing experiences, and lead capture built with Astro or Hugo. We choose around the business workflow.
What is included in the SEO foundation?
Every build includes attention to page structure, semantic content, crawlability, relevant schema, and performance. Ongoing listing work, content expansion, and conversion improvements are separate services. A technical foundation does not guarantee a ranking.
What happens after launch?
Keep Alive is $99/month for uptime monitoring, backups, updates, SSL, a monthly health check, and an initial emergency response within 30 minutes during published support hours. Website builds do not include a free hosting trial. Compare monthly services.
How are Pulse and Growth different?
Pulse at $297/month includes Keep Alive, Google Business Profile work, reporting, and one small Search Console-led change on an existing URL. Growth at $997/month includes Pulse and one new page or substantial page expansion per month, plus review requests, existing Matrix upkeep, a quarterly conversion pass, and queue priority.
What is a Local Search Matrix?
A separately scoped system of useful city and service pages for the places the business actually serves. Research, distinct content, internal links, and review make the structure useful. Growth can maintain an existing Matrix; it does not include unlimited new pages.
What do AI discovery files do?
They describe the business and its content in machine-readable form. WordPress uses Cybermaps for its discovery suite; Cyber Edge includes the core ADP and llms files. They support understanding and discovery, but do not guarantee AI recommendations.
Can you recover a hacked or broken WordPress site?
The $500 rescue service covers initial triage and stabilization within a defined scope. Missing access, forensic reconstruction, redesigns, and deeper repairs require separate assessment. Read the recovery scope before requesting work.
Do you provide business email?
Mail starts at $19/month per domain for up to 10 mailboxes and 10 GB pooled, or $29 for up to 25 mailboxes and 25 GB. Authentication maintenance and one mail incident per month are included. Mailbox migration follows the published size and commitment terms.
