Mail, priced per domain
$19/month includes up to 10 mailboxes and 10 GB of pooled storage. $29/month includes up to 25 mailboxes and 25 GB. Both include webmail, maintained SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and one mail incident per month. Extra storage is $10/month per additional 10 GB.
These are domain-level storage pools, not a separate allowance for every mailbox. Compare Mail plans before choosing the right fit.
Moving existing mailboxes
Migration pricing follows each mailbox's size and the terms on the Mailbox Moving table. The free move requires every mailbox to be under 10 GB and a 12-month Mail commitment. Larger mailboxes have their own move fees; confirm the scope before scheduling the move.
We review the source service, mailbox sizes, access, and cutover needs before making changes. Keep your existing service active until the move and checks are complete.
Authentication without inbox guarantees
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC help receiving systems evaluate messages from your domain. We maintain those records, but content, sender reputation, and recipient filtering still affect delivery. Nobody can configure a DNS record that guarantees every message reaches an inbox.
Workspace platforms
Need Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, or an existing provider instead? We can scope provisioning, domain configuration, and migration for that setup. Third-party platform licenses are separate from the Mail plans.
