I want a business owner to be able to read a web quote and understand what each charge buys. A low headline price with a pile of unexplained extras is not transparency. Neither is a large retainer with no defined work behind it.

The useful comparison is the complete scope: the website project, infrastructure and care, ongoing improvements, email, and third-party services. Keep those categories visible.

The website is a project

CYBER BRAND’s Starter begins at $800+ for up to five pages. Standard begins at $3,500+ for up to 15 pages. Enterprise begins at $7,500+ for larger custom work. The quote defines the actual scope, integrations, and delivery requirements.

Most scoped websites launch in 3–5 business days after copy and assets are approved. Complex projects get an agreed timeline. Our specialists use AI agents to expand production capacity; that does not make every possible project the same size.

Ongoing work needs its own definition

Keep Alive is $99/month for uptime monitoring, backups, updates, SSL, a monthly health check, and a defined initial emergency response during support hours.

Pulse is $297/month and includes Keep Alive, local profile work, reporting, and one Search Console-led change on an existing URL. Growth is $997/month and includes Pulse, one monthly page work unit, and additional review and conversion work.

Those are separate services from the website build. Choose the monthly scope that matches the responsibilities you need covered.

Email is priced per domain

Mail is $19/month for up to 10 mailboxes with 10 GB pooled, or $29/month for up to 25 mailboxes with 25 GB pooled. Extra storage is $10/month per additional 10 GB. Both include maintained authentication and one mail incident per month.

Mailbox migration has its own size and commitment rules. Read the moving table rather than assuming every mailbox costs the same amount to move. Workspace platform licenses are a separate decision.

Ask what is outside the quote

Domain renewals, third-party subscriptions, specialist integrations, large content rollouts, and new requirements can affect the budget. A Local Search Matrix receives a custom quote unless explicitly included in the project scope.

I prefer a defined boundary to an “unlimited” promise that collapses the moment somebody asks for substantial work. Compare responsibilities and deliverables before comparing totals.

The pricing page is the current offer reference. Our team can help turn your requirements into a concrete scope.
